Russian Energy Minister: Russia is ready to sell oil and petroleum products to friendly countries at any market price range

Oil prices are likely to remain between $80 and $150 a barrel for some time to come, Russian Energy Minister Igor Shuliginov said Thursday.  He pointed out that Russia's task is not to guess energy prices, but to ensure the normal operation of the oil industry and that Russia is ready to sell oil and petroleum products to friendly countries at any market price range.
