Position: Foreign Exchange Specialist

Job responsibilities:  

1. Responsible for foreign exchange risk position, exchange profit and loss management, foreign exchange policy research and interpretation, foreign exchange hedging products research and other related work according to the needs of the company's foreign exchange risk management, developing effective exchange rate management plans to ensure the safety of the company's fund management and reduce foreign exchange risks;    

2. Pay close attention to the dynamics of domestic and foreign exchange markets, including major events in global foreign exchange, interest rates, and macro markets, forecast of next week's foreign exchange market data and important global meetings, review and judgment of the trend of the RMB foreign exchange market, participate in the writing of regular and irregular foreign exchange market analysis reports, and provide market analysis and management suggestions for the foreign exchange market trend;  

3. Collect daily relevant information on global finance, politics, and other factors affecting exchange rate trends, update daily exchange rate and interest rate trends, and prepare foreign exchange logs;  

4. Based on the needs of various departments for foreign exchange settlement and sales, combined with exchange rates and the use of company funds, formulate effective plans and propose reasonable suggestions, and establish a foreign exchange transaction record ledger;

5. Responsible for conducting inquiries for foreign exchange transaction with external banks, handling exchange rate locking in batches according to business needs, reminding and supervising business units to carry out due delivery work;  

6. Optimize the structure of foreign exchange positions based on business needs, and strengthen the detection and monitoring of daily foreign exchange risks;

7. Assist in improving and optimizing the foreign exchange risk management system of the company, and participate in the implementation and execution of the foreign exchange management system. Including: participating in the development of the company's foreign exchange risk management plan, system and process, sorting and statistical analysis of the company's foreign exchange risk exposure, and conducting regular differential analysis and review of foreign exchange risk management results;  

8. Understand foreign exchange and cash management product systems of domestic and foreign banks and payment institutions, and efficiently promote inter-institutional cooperation;

9. Regularly popularize and answer questions about foreign exchange and other financial related knowledge to other departments;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by company leaders and departments.

  

Qualifications:  

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in economics, finance is preferred;

2. Familiar with foreign exchange policies and regulations, accounting standards, financial derivative products, etc., with experience in foreign exchange, futures hedging, and foreign exchange management is preferred;

3. Possess strong data processing and analysis skills, logical thinking skills, and data sensitivity, pay attention to detail management, and proficiently use office software such as OFFICE;

4. Familiar with macro economy, able to independently predict market conditions, and regularly write market strategy reports and analysis comments;

5. Positive and optimistic personality, outgoing, with good language, clear and agile thinking;

6, Work carefully, strong sense of responsibility, strong executive ability and stability;

7. Possess good professional literacy, analytical and judgment skills, teamwork spirit, and communication and coordination skills.
